Phil Lack entered the entertainment industry at the young age of 13 where he used his entrepreneurial skills to create his own business as a DJ for children’s discos. He then worked extremely hard to develop both his expertise and the business and it wasn’t long before he was DJing for all types of events including wedding receptions and corporate discos.

After this it seemed a natural progression for Phil to use all of his knowledge and experience in this market to expand again. So by adding bouncy castles, inflatable games and more to his repertoire he was then able to supply the complete bouncy castle and party hire service that became known as The Party Doctors.

So as you can see, you are definitely in safe hands as Phil and the staff at The Party Doctors certainly have the know-how to make your event a memorable success!

So we have the experience, but what else do we offer our customers? Apart from offering a huge range of products combined with a reliable service The Party Doctors have always made customer care and safety their top priority and will continue to strive to ensure our customers are happy.

We have a plethora of safety precautions in place, whether you are bouncing on a bouncy castle or trying to remain on the rodeo bull, but accidents can happen occasionally. Not only are our staff fully trained in the set up and operation of the equipment, but if required, we are also able to offer our clients a First Aid qualified member of staff.

We can also provide detailed safety instructions for each item based on HSE guidelines and each inflatable undergoes an annual HSE approved safety check. To ensure you have maximum enjoyment and satisfaction out of your hire, all our castles are cleaned and inspected after every hire and all have current Rpll/PIPA safety certificates. Electrical equipment is also regularly PAT tested. We are proud members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance (BIHA) and The Inflatable Play Enterprise (TIPE) which ensures we are always up to date with any legislation and regulation changes.
